Bloody shoe prints are a common type of transfer pattern which may be found at crime scenes; however, they may not be as clearly defined as these prints are. With the assistance of my oldest son, I asked him to walk the length of paper that I had laid out. This is a simple demonstration to show that with each step taken, less and less blood was being transferred to the paper.
