High Velocity Impact Experiment (HVIS)

The following experiment was done by using a can of compressed air, dropper and whole human blood.
Notice the fine misting effect which is normally associated with a high velocity event. Obviously a criminal is not going to run around with a can of compressed air spraying blood all over the place; however, the experiment is designed to merely show how the amount of force applied to a blood source has a direct impact on the size of stains produced.

The majority of all stains here are clearly under 1mm in size.
